What sort of car can I book for my trip?
Our vehicles are top of the line Land Rover Defenders, accompanied by custom-built rooftop tents. Access to the tent is via a side ladder (see pictures across our website) and we have a range of extras to build out your getaway package.
What should I if I need to cancel my booking?
For cancellations and any refund requests, just get in touch with us via email or phone call. We'll be happy to sort out any situation. Please remember that we have a 48 hour cancellation policy before you travel. If you cancel within 48 hours of the start of your trip, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Can I bring my dog along in the car?
Yes you can bring your furry friend(s) with you, we include a valet fee as part of your booking by default so we'll be sure to get any hairs out in no time. Please review our terms & conditions regarding added fees/fines for unacceptable mess or damage in the vehicles.
How accessible is your service for those with disabilities / difficulty with mobility?
We want to offer all our members a fantastic experience, however, because we are such a new business, there are some limitations with the accessibility of our vehicles and camping equipment. For example, our custom-built tents are accessible via a side ladder. Please get in touch if you have concerns and we can work with you to create a more bespoke, accessible package together.
